LA Training has been developed by Tim and Lesley Bower who have been foster carers themselves since 1994. We aim to deliver quality training and support to fostering agencies and their carers.

We bring a wealth of experience to the field, gained through many years of fostering and adopting in addition to professional careers in health and social care.
